Patrick, this statement is beyond funny. It was a winding mechanism. How could that be of concern? Was he worried that the number of turns had an upper limit or what? Did you even think before you wrote this nonsense? It seems rather unlikely that he would have been concerned about running out of winds (long i). Hilarious.
